About Us
Co Eyewear was created in 2019 in the heart of Southern California. Living an active lifestyle and working in the construction trades, I saw a clear need for safe, stylish, and affordable eyewear. I wanted a pair of safety rated glasses that actually looked good and could be worn anywhere, on the job, at the beach, the lake, the desert, or wherever the day takes you.
Traditional safety glasses are uncomfortable, cheap, scratch easily, and in no way stylish. On the other hand, designer sunglasses may look great but aren’t safety rated, and nobody enjoys risking a pair of expensive glasses while working or being active. With COE, I set out to combine both safety and style at a reasonable price.
Our mission is simple: build safety rated eyewear that looks good, feels good, and performs in real life. Every pair is designed for people who work hard, live active, and expect their gear to keep up. We focus on protecting your vision long term with lenses that reduce glare, provide crystal-clear vision, and protect your eyes from harmful UV rays.
Today, nearly 90% of the sunglasses market is controlled by large corporations that are often disconnected from what real users want and need. At COE, we are the end user. We design glasses for people just like us, people who work hard, stay active, and demand gear that performs.
